Sara Bradley established Environmental Regeneration Limited in July 2020, following a successful career within local government and also within the private sector.

Sara initially started work in finance before moving to support local governance and the decision-making process, working alongside an elected member within the Democratic Services team in Doncaster. With a unique insight into local government,  its governance, and decision-making processes, Sara had an understanding of the pressures authorities face. Moving into operational management, Sara began managing and directing multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of local and customer services across the waste, cleaning, and ground maintenance sectors.

Sara has an eye for detail and quality, and with a customer-centric approach, she continues to improve services and service delivery to ensure all our clients and stakeholders requirements are met while also ensuring Environmental Regenerations staff and partners deliver to the company standards and values set.

Darren Butt, who established Environmental Regeneration alongside Sara Bradley in 2021, has worked in a variety of roles, beginning in the late 1980's as a Forest Research Worker for the Forestry Commission at Westonbirt Arboretum prior to gaining a Diploma in Forest Management, which led him to progress a career in Forestry, Landscaping, and Vegetation Management, including extensive knowledge of utilities, railways, and highway environments, holding senior management positions in various national organisations. 

Throughout Darren's successful career, he has built competent teams to undertake contracts, delivering a wide range of services through his practical knowledge, coaching and mentoring to new company members to ensure our collective focus is on delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to client requirements. Innovation and adopting new ways of working have always been central to the Darren ethos, along with exploring the wider social benefits that can be achieved through day-to-day delivery and engagement with the wider community.
